This gym competition is organized as part of the SIT Tech Kriti 2K25 to promote fitness and sportsmanship among students.
The competition includes the following events:
Deadlift
Arm Wrestling
Plank Hold
Push-Ups
Skipping Rope
Each event will have specific rules, scoring criteria, and safety measures to ensure fair and injury-free participation.

Event Rules
Deadlift
Participants must lift the barbell from the ground to full extension.
Proper form is mandatory: back straight, knees locked, shoulders back at the top.
No sumo stance allowed unless specified.
Each participant gets only one attempt; the successful lift will be considered for ranking.
Use of lifting straps is not allowed, but chalk is permitted.
Arm Wrestling
Best of three rounds.
Elbows must remain on the designated pad at all times.
No lifting of the elbow or shoulder from the table.
Referee's decision is final in case of fouls or disputes.
Plank Hold
Only forearm plank position allowed.
Hips must remain in a straight line with shoulders and heels.
Any sagging or lifting will lead to disqualification.
Longest hold time wins.
Push-Ups
Only full push-ups allowed: chest close to ground and arms fully extended at the top.
No worming or half-reps.
Max reps in 1 minute.
Form will be strictly monitored by a referee.
Skipping Rope
Max skips in 1 minute.
Both feet must leave the ground simultaneously (no jogging style).
Any trip or miss will stop the count for that attempt.
