Ideathon Competition
Ideathon is a competition designed to encourage innovation and problem-solving among students. Participants will work in teams to identify a problem, propose a solution, and develop a working prototype.
Rules
- Teams must consist of 2-4 members.
- All participants must be current students of SIT.
- Cross-department teams are encouraged.
- Each participant can only be part of one team.
- Plagiarism in idea or code results in disqualification.
- Decisions made by the jury and organizers are final.
- AI tool usage must be disclosed.
- Open-source tools and frameworks are encouraged.
Venue & Deadlines
- Round 1 (Idea Pitch): Submission deadline: April 15, 2025, 3:00 PM.
- Round 2 (Prototype Submission): Submission deadline: April 16, 2025, 3:00 PM.
Format for Submissions
- Round 1: Presentation outlining problem statement, proposed solution, uniqueness, audience, and tech stack.
- Round 2: Working prototype, demo video (3-5 min), final documentation.

No entry fee mentioned.
Prizes
- Winners and runners-up will receive prizes and certificates.
- Participation certificates will be provided to all participants.
